What locations qualify?

We are a UK based charity, allowing families based in England to apply. Scotland provides more state support for uniform access, and is thus not eligible.
Do I qualify?

To be eligible for our school uniform vouchers your children need to qualify for free school meals, meaning that you must provide one of the following: Universal Credit Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 Income support Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance Income-related Employment and Support Allowance The guaranteed element of Pension Credit Child Tax Credit Working Tax Credit
What evidence do I need to send?

To qualify, you need to submit a recent letter addressed to yourself (either electronic or a clear photo of a letter) stating the benefits you are entitled to. This must include a name or address to match the application.
How many applications can I make?

Applications can only be made once for each family per academic year.
When will I hear back?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from submitting your application and evidence to hear back from us. Both application and evidence must be submitted before being considered. Due to the size of the charity, we are unable to follow up on applications that have not provided the appropriate evidence.
When do I need to use the vouchers?

Our vouchers have an expiration date of 3 months of the issue date. If they are not redeemed, they will be voided and reallocated to other families in need.
How do I use the vouchers?

We partner with Price and Buckland to provide school uniform vouchers. Please note that they are an online only distributor and therefore have no physical stores. Upon successful application, you will be provided with an online voucher code which can be redeemed on their website. What can I buy?

Our school uniform vouchers are only eligible for Price and Buckland's Plain School Uniform shop. Please take a look before applying to see if you would benefit.

Sals Shoes (https://www.salsshoes.com) - Shoes are relatively difficult to recycle because of all the different components they are made up of. So we find your preloved children’s shoes new feet. Baby Bank (https://babybankalliance.org) - We support and advocate for UK baby banks and families, to ensure babies and children have the essentials they need to thrive. Food Bank (https://www.trusselltrust.org/get-help/find-a-foodbank) - We support a nationwide network of food banks and together we provide emergency food and support to people facing hardship, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
